Hi! I am in charge of Marketing and Promotions at traineo and I feel very fortunate to be a part of a team that is dedicated to helping a large number of people reach their health and fitness goals.
Health and fitness has always played a large part of my life. Growing up, I played tennis, basketball, and ran. In college, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to represent my college in two disciplines - track/cross country as well as basketball. Currently I am still running competitively for a local track club and enjoying every minute of it.

I am always interested in meeting new people so feel free to send me a message. I am also continually looking for new ways to promote traineo and would love to hear from you if you have specific suggestions. Have a great day.

Isn't it cool to be getting so close to goal? (for both of us, I mean)
Again, thanks for being my motivator. Thing are going great so far.
In my own comments page I have posted a link to my training program. Just so you can see what I am up to. Don't get scare when you see it, I know it is ambitious. :-) Nut I have faith in myself :-)
I really like Nike . It really makes you feel like your runs are counting for something since each one is logged and you can view the details of each workout. It's interesting to know pace, distance, calories burned, etc, and I take it with me on every run.
:)
Michigan weather is weird. Just a few days ago it was 75ºF and sunny and now we're back to dreary, cold, rainy, snowy days. Oh well, I'm off for a run now. Just wanted to say HI. :)
Some advice: Sometimes we play games with ourselves and make things seem much more difficult than they actually are. Instead, we should just get out and do it...no excuses. Be tough!
With such a low anerobic threshold, I don't know what my Min. HRM would be.
Thanks again.
Marty
Happy Thanksgiving.
